Your Privacy

At CompassPoint Investigations (CPI), we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and never share it with anyone outside of our company! Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.  In an effort to better assist anyone who may be interested in bail enforcement  and bounty hunting, we may also occasionally post to our website your questions, and our answers to them, submitted to us via email or our contact forms.  We will do our best to change your email address significantly enough to make it impossible for automatic email harvesters and spiders to readily add your contact information to their lists.  If you would prefer us to not post your questions to our website then you must indicate your wishes in your email or within the information you send to us via our contact forms.

What information does CPI collect and how do we use it?
·         When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
·         When you sign up to download certain material made available by us through our site, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send you the information you requested.
·         We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site, but collect no identifying information about our users to accomplish this.
·         We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, new CPI services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, send us an e-mail to optout@bondforfeitures.com

How does CPI protect customer information?

CPI uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, we will never see or be in possession of your credit card information.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable calling in your credit card information, just give us a call at 704-814-8941.  When we complete your transaction, you will receive your order number via our confirmation e-mail.

Will CPI disclose my personal information to outside parties?

CPI does not sell, rent, or loan our customers' personal information (including customers' names and shipping, billing, and e-mail addresses) to anyone. We take your trust very seriously, so the only messages you receive will be from us. This includes automatic order and shipping confirmation e-mails generated upon receipt of your order. CPI may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. CPI may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i.) comply with law, (ii.) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii.) protect the rights, property, or safety of CPI, our users, or others.
How does CPI protect the privacy of children younger than 13 years?

CPI is concerned about the privacy of young children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years. We suggest that you become involved with your child's access to the Internet and to our site to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected.

Your consent

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by CPI. If change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
