Refunds- We apologize, but we do not offer a refund of any kind on our online course or the e-version of our book, it is not possible to first acquire the information given in the material then say- "you know I'm not happy" after having electronic access.  The information or knowledge that the material is intended to convey, which is the product, in effect has already been consumed by you. I provide many avenues to contact me via the website if you have questions ahead of time. The course is exactly as advertised.  We do offer a refund for our printed hardcopy training manual ($59.95) but it must be sent back to us in a resalable condition in order to receive that refund.
