- I am young and ambitious and making plans to open
my own bounty hunting agency. I have a really hard time just trying
to find out what the rules of bounty hunting are. I was wondering if
you would please share your knowledge with me.

- Brandon,
-
- In PA you do not need a license to work in Bail
Enforcement (this may change at any time so do
not rely on this article for legal advice or an interpretation of
current law). If you wish to carry a concealed firearm, you will need
to get your PA ACT 235 Certification. Other than that, if you are
truly committed to getting started I highly recommend my book or
online course. I have trained some of the top bounty hunters in the
country- ask around.
-
- If you are just doing some "recon" and
trying to figure out if this is right for you then I can best answer
your questions regarding getting started in bail enforcement through
my Introduction to Bail Recovery Email Course- it is complimentary
to receive.
-
- In order to get started right away you can sign up
for it at
