 Well I'm 19 years of age and a resident of Chicago Illinois.  I was wondering what would I have to do to get started in this field.

Tamous,

Illinois abolished the commercial bail bond industry several years ago and along with it, outlawed bounty hunting in your state as well. So- there are no clients and it is illegal since there is no provision in state law for apprehensions by private persons.
